PART 1

Step 1: Exploratory research Explore a range of physical movements that can be made by your body or with objects. These could be obvious such as walking or particular habits that you might have such as foot tapping or hair twirling. You could take influence from particular types of sport or dance or everyday actions that we take for granted. Think about big movements such as jumping or stretching as well as little ones such as breathing or writing. Document yourself performing 5 different actions through video, sound, drawing and/or photography.
